Wehve is a tribute to the wonderful natural fibre wool and the love of texture.
Handwoven solely of natural materials, mostly very fine merino yarn from sheep living freely in the vast Uruguayan countryside, combined with pima cotton, mulberry silk, cashmere and baby alpaka depending on the season and intended touch of a style. All yarns are hand dyed in kettles in small batches which creates the strong and vibrant colours.
Wehve offers stylish, cozy and lightweight throws and shawls that uniquely combine the expertise and quality of traditional craftsmanship with contemporary styling. Wehve is a leader in sustainable and ethical fashion.
Wehve’s rich selection of eclectic and timeless throws, shawls, and cover-ups are designed in Belgium and produced in Uruguay and in Peru by cooperatives operating according to established global fair trade principles.
